However, I already attempted the fix from your comments - check the middle of my post. It didn't fix the issue.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Furthermore, it looks like UI 7 actually IS installed on my phone. It likely installed overnight, as a few nights ago was the first time I woke up to the "unable to install update" message - but maybe it DID install and just thinks it hasn't or something?</P><P>My phone has also reset all its settings (though I still have installed apps and data) and keeps rebooting every few minutes even if I don't open any apps.
