    <description>&lt;P&gt;At this point, the only thing left to do is make sure&amp;nbsp; you have a current backup of your device, and then factory reset it and restore your backup.&amp;nbsp; Since a factory reset starts you with a clean operating system, and the OS is never backed up, restoring your backup is unlikely to give you a repeat of the issues you are having, unless your problems are being caused by a third party app that you will also be restoring.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
