    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/19088611"&gt;@realaud&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;! I actually have already done a factory reset (see near the end of my post). My last thought is to factory reset a second time without restoring my backup in case of a third party app being the issue (like your second suggestion), but I'm waiting a few days with my phone powered off completely (since it now crashes/restarts even when I don't open any apps) to scour the internet and see if I can find any other possible fixes.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
