I have an eSIM card so I can't do anything about that. The phone does ring sometimes. Just like I get voicemail occasionally but most of them don't go there. So my guess would be I'm getting voicemail if it's personal but if it's the company voicemail that I'm not getting the voicemail. And today I got a voicemail in *86 from the VA and would you believe the first half of the message was cut off. It was a robot trying to verify an appointment but I couldn't do anything with it because so much of the first half of the message was gone It could only tell me the time but not the date. That has never happened before. I don't know what you mean by signal bars or full bars, but it never looks like I have a problem with Wi-Fi showing the full bars and I can't imagine that of my phone needed charging that that would keep a call from coming in but I've never paid attention to that. If I reset the network, I will lose every one of my settings that I had to set up myself that I've already done once.
