Return option on S24 Ultra

Hi There,

I have been with samsung for over a decade now and with the same loyality I have purchased S24 Ultra with planning to trade my existing Flip5. My first impression, did not like the display on it.

I am planning to return the phone and I do not see a return option on "My Orders" page. Does anybody have the same problem? I just got the phone and it is not ever 24 hours before I plan to send it back.

Maybe you need to wait a few more days for updates in their system. Also, did you receive an email from Samsung about delivery?

S24 Return Page Not Working

Trying to return my S24 and the return page not responding. Tried several different browsers and still not working. I still have 6 days left on my 14 day return window so this isn't the issue. Anyone else having this problem?

They're still getting a lot of traffic. Tried yesterday to check the status of my trade-in and couldn't sign in for more than an hour.

System was freezing up all the time.

People are probably returning them that's why all at once.

I hate the screen color issue how do i return the phone since i have sent back my older device how will i get my phone back?

Uhm... To my knowledge you cannot get your returned device back. This was in the contract you agreed to when you told them you would be trading the device in.

Be warned, people have been complaining that the company handling the returns, are marking boxes as empty, so they back charge you the phone. Clearly, internal theft. Take pictures of you packing the phone and get a receipt for the weight too.

You can't. This is why I stayed with mine till I made sure everything is fine. It was not and I returned the s24 ultra

This happened to me with va trade in phone, but i called customer support and they took care of the issue

This is why I kept mine. Tomorrow is my last day to send in the trade in. Instead, I'll be returning my phone and my mom's. Not liking this approach Samsung has taken. Aside from ignorant the screen color issue, now AOD, they told me that the lock screen will be the same as AOD, for smoother transitions. Um, no. I want my calendar to be shown on my AOD, a big clock on my lock screen! Don't make me choose because Samsung decided to copy iPhone with showing the lockscreen background for AOD. if I wanted an iPhone.. I'd get one.. But I don't want that experience.

My S24U return went well. Mailed it back Monday (11-28), they received 11-30, and refund was applied to my credit card yesterday....7 days total.

Please say that louder, if we wanted an iPhone we'd get one, they are trying to copy them they're losing customers that fell in love with what Samsung brought to the table...

Help to Return S24U for S23U

I'm curious as to if I can possibly return my s24u for a s23u and how I might go about doing that... Is I possible? Today is the last day to return my s24u and I just cant possibly keep a phone I don't like. I literally get a bad feeling everytime I pull this phone out and look at content. I was use to my S22u, and how gorgeous everything looked. It's a shame. Anyway, my s22u is off for trade in now. Can I return this somehow and ask for a s23u? Any positive input would be appreciated. Some of you like the screen, good for you. The majority do not.

If you already sent your s22 Ultra back, there's no way to get it returned from Samsung.

You would do better to keep s24u and sell it to buy a s23u as they will only give you back the money you paid, not the promo or trade cash. You would lose too much.
