topic APN settings disappear on restart in Galaxy S24

I'm having an issue where the access point names on my S24 disappear whenever I restart my phone. I'm using Ting which is operating on the Verizon network. When I activated the phone I was unable to use data or send/receive MMS messages. I contacted Ting and they provided 3 APNs to correct this issue. Once I saved the new APNs I toggled airplane mode and everything worked great. The problem is whenever I restart my phone the APNs disappear and I'm back to square one. Does anyone know of a solution to make the APNs permanent or at least prevent them from disappearing when the phone is restarted? I don't understand why they survive airplane mode, which disconnects the SIM card, but when the phone reboots they disappear. Thanks in advance for any advice or suggestions
