What keyboard are you using?

If you are using Samsung keyboard, you can access settings by tapping the "input method" button on the bottom left. If the icon appears as a microphone instead, long press to switch from "voice input" to "input method."

Tapping on the "input method button should open a pop up menu with keyboard options. Choose the gear next to Samsung Keyboard. From there, make sure "Keyboard Toolbar" is enabled. If emoji does not show in the toolbar, click the 3 dots on the toolbar to add emoji and/or reorder it to show first in your toolbar.

If using Gboard, tap the gear on the toolbar. Navigate to Emoji settings and make sure Emoji is enabled with your desired settings.

You need to be more specific. Emojis? Do you mean Samsung's AR Emoji? Bitmoji? Regular emojis are on your keyboard like they always are.
