Then I get one of the two messages above and I cant send anything, I cant even use the app any more. I check the T-Mobile internet box and it says "very good", and all but last bar is on.</SPAN><DIV><SPAN><BR /></SPAN></DIV><DIV><SPAN>I reset the phone, find get same message when go into a news app or email app. Even some games won't work, but most do. I turn wi-fi off on the phone and sometimes it will work, more % it still doesn't work.</SPAN></DIV><DIV><SPAN><BR /></SPAN></DIV><DIV><SPAN>Now, I am aware the T-Mobile box can work at 2.4g or 5g, even found can set up two networks, one for each. But cant find where the tv would go, or printer, or picture frame, or laptops. I do know our phones are 5g when turn off wi-fi. I do know the internet box is set for 2.4g - as everything was working on that before.</SPAN></DIV><DIV><SPAN><BR /></SPAN></DIV><DIV><SPAN>Now, my phone cuts off the network and sometimes the internet.</SPAN></DIV><DIV><SPAN><BR /></SPAN></DIV><DIV><SPAN>Our tv - use to work good- now has spinning circle almost always, which is trouble downloading? Then it will put message on the screen, "network not connected" and we find it had been disconnected. Sometimes we can reconnect right away, most the time we cant and turning off all things, waiting 15 minutes, then turning back on all, sometimes works. But missed at least 1/2 hour of show we had been watching.</SPAN></DIV><DIV><SPAN><BR /></SPAN></DIV><DIV><SPAN>Printer also disconnects when feels like it, and gives us headache like phone and tv.</SPAN></DIV><DIV><SPAN><BR /></SPAN></DIV><DIV><SPAN>Everything we have but our phones is older, I bet that they arent set up for using 5g. That's why all work on the 2.4g, except my phone and tv. Wish I could say a time of day, or after use of time limit, or even if the weather is windy, rain, fog but cant as it is random.
