My friend has a S24 Ultra that randomly locked itself with a PIN password and she never set one.

She has photos and videos on the phone that she doesn't want to lose so factory reset is not an option for u

She did say that her phone didn't even have a SIM card on a screen lock to make it easier for her to use it

I have never seen ANY phone do that, but she went to Korea recently and the employee at Samsung said that after S21 they improved the security, and she didn't set up her Samsung Account so that was why and they couldn't do anything (or try to unlock phone from the find device

She has been trying her usual passwords ever since but stoll nothing

Have anyone ever seen this happen or know a way to help us? We do not want to use a factory reset as there is important content there and using 3rd parties apps or programs are never really it for me anyway....

Really would appreciate the help.
