I am currently using this device in India with a Jio 5G SIM, but 5G connectivity is not working.</P><P>Device and network details:</P><P>Model: Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra SM-S928U1</P><P>Variant: USA unlocked</P><P>Current location: India</P><P>Network provider: Jio 5G (eSim)</P><P>SIM status: Active Jio 5G SIM (5G works on other compatible phones)</P><P>Software: Updated to the latest available firmware</P><P>Even in confirmed Jio 5G coverage areas, the phone only connects to 4G LTE.
