Everytime i go to use camera warning camera failed.

Clear Camera App Cache: Go to Settings > Apps > Camera > Storage > Clear Cache > then restart the phone.

You can also "reset settings" in the camera app settings by opening the camera > tapping the gear icon > scroll to the bottom of the list, then select "Reset settings". This will reset camera back to it's default settings which may cure the issue.

Thanks but no go. Ive tried everything i think there is to try. I have no idea why it stopped working.

May be a hardware issue and need of Repair. Did you run the Diagnostic test?
