Flickering Screen/Freezing

Has anyone else been experiencing screen flickering & freezing when accessing social media apps since the last OS 16 update? I'm experiencing these issues mainly on Instagram & Threads. I have tried various troubleshooting steps which included resetting the APN to default settings, power cycling the phone, and deleting or putting apps to sleep that I am not currently using, all which proved fruitless. Any & all suggestions are welcomed & extremely appreciated. Thank you.

However, if the issue is specifically with Meta apps, you will need to contact Meta support to resolve the issue.
