      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;Has anyone else been experiencing screen flickering &amp;amp; freezing when accessing social media apps since the last OS 16 update? I'm experiencing these issues mainly on Instagram &amp;amp; Threads. I have tried various troubleshooting steps which included resetting the APN to default settings, power cycling the phone, and deleting or putting apps to sleep that I am not currently using, all which proved fruitless. Any &amp;amp; all suggestions are welcomed &amp;amp; extremely appreciated. Thank you.&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>
