Okay look samsung, i just bought a new usb port and battery from you guys, Put it in and the charging issue is still there. What should i do now?

Where did you purchase these parts?

If you purchased parts from a third party seller, they may not be authentic (even if they were advertised as OEM parts) which could cause compatibility issues.

If you are absolutely certain you purchased authentic OEM parts, you may have misdiagnosed the issue or performed the repair incorrectly.

In either case, your next step should be to visit a certified Samsung repair to have the phone diagnosed and repaired by a certified technician.

The port and battery may not have actually been the issue. A bad capacitor or motherboard comes to mind. It's best to take it to a repair center rather than do your own diagnosis and repair.

Got the same parts from samsung. We order it
