I'm confused as to why my phone isn't showing any updates past one ui 6. Iv had this phone for a couple months now.

Which S24 do you have? I have the base model one with Xfinity Mobile and I've gotten One UI 8 last year

Who's your mobile provider? The phone was originally a carrier-locked model, but it looks like someone flashed unlocked firmware to it. The software information doesn't indicate any carrier at all.

Do you actually have mobile service (can you make calls and send texts)? Because there doesn't appear to be any carrier software written to your device.

Do you have another carrier's SIM you can insert in the phone?

Did you purchase the phone used? Because the date on the SE for Android status says August of 2024.

It's clearly a secondhand phone. You didn't answer my question. Have you contacted Straight Talk about not getting updates? There may be some settings that need to be updated for the phone to connect to their update servers.

Try contacting them first. If that doesn't work, the only other thing I can suggest is to connect your phone to a computer and try using Smart Switch. See "software update via Smart Switch on your Windows PC or Mac" on this page:

I highly doubt that it's new, based on the model code and the software information. It's also a 2024 model that you've had for two months. Pretty sure it's not new.
