&lt;DIV&gt;The s pen icon keep showing, even when it's in the phone. I also keep getting the notification, "Make sure you have your S Pen" everytime I turn on my phone. I'm assuming the S pen might be damaged or a software glitch. Leaning towards damaged because I haven't seen this mentioned yet.&lt;/DIV&gt;

&lt;DIV&gt;I went to the s pen settings and reset it, but it keeps happening. Any tips or help please.&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Clear the app's cache on your phone or tablet&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The app cache is used to temporarily store frequently used data. Caching data prevents unnecessary re-downloading of common items like images, which allows for faster loading and less cellular data usage. On occasion, cached data can cause problems within an app and will need to be cleared.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Note&lt;BR /&gt;Clearing the app cache will not delete any personal data or settings within the app. It will only remove temporary files and data that the app has stored on your device.&lt;BR /&gt;1&lt;EM&gt;Navigate to App settings&lt;/EM&gt;.Navigate to and open Settings. Tap Apps, and then select the Samsung Members app.&lt;/P&gt;
