Unable to perform Software Update

Has anyone seen this before? I recently got a unlocked refurbished S24 Ultra and it performed updates to Android 16 and UI8 however now I see get the attached. Last successful check was February 6th 2026.

Done the standard.

* Rebooted the phone

* tried off wifi

* went to apps and cleared data and cache for both instances of Software Update

* also wiped system cache

This is the first time I have seen this any Samsung phone and I have been using them for decades

That would indicate a problem with the carrier's update server. It should resolve itself in time.

Which update are you trying to get?

Since I was getting this replacement prepped I had been manually checking for updates to ensure all updates are applied. After UI 8 and January update started receiving this, on my S23 or older I would have seen no updates or something else

trying to update for weeks, still get the same response "couldn't download update

unable to update the software. a network or server error occurred. try again later.

tried safe mode, deleted files, plenty of memory, plenty of battery, nothing works.

I have tried all solutions, Except factory reset and Odin reset. At this point I have given up as I have spent too much time and energy on this
