S24 network error when downloading group messages

This started happening 2 updates ago. I have tried all solutions on the internet and took it to the ATT store. The ATT rep stated it's a known issue with no solution right now.

If you transfered your data with switch delete app data and cache for messages app. It thinks it's old phone and doesn't connect. Also on old device log out of Google account and rcs chat. Had this problem with different Sim card. A new esim also worked for me. But with physical sim card was cache data storage on messenger app setting

ATT updated me to a new esim and that did not resolve the issue either. This happens on both the Samsung and Google messaging apps.

Clearing cache in the Samsung messaging or Google messaging apps does not work.

Setup esim with carrier worked for me I'd what else to say

Same thing happening to 3 of us on our phone plan, all with S24 or S24+ phones. The one non Samsung phone on our plan hasn't had these issues. Its infuriating.
