My s24u doesn't show when I have a voice mail anymore.

What happened?

Don't feel bad, I haven't got a voicemail notification in 2 years. Carrier says they fixed it but...

Hey Jazzycat64! Thanks for visiting the Community! There are 2 things we can try to get your voicemail notifications showing again.

You can power cycle your device by turning it off and back on. Sometimes this clears up issues. You can also factory reset your device in extreme cases.

The other thing would be to contact your carrier regarding this.
