&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;To connect the ProtoArc XK04 to a Samsung phone, follow these steps:&lt;BR /&gt;Charge the Keyboard: Ensure the keyboard is fully charged before attempting to connect it to your Samsung phone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Delete Bluetooth Pairing: Remove the keyboard's Bluetooth pairing from your Samsung phone's Bluetooth settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Enter Pairing Mode: Press and hold the FN key and one of the Bluetooth channel keys (Q, W, or E) for 3-5 seconds until the corresponding Bluetooth indicator light starts blinking rapidly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;Reconnect: On your Samsung phone, go to the Bluetooth settings, search for "ProtoArc XK04," and select it to start the Bluetooth pairing process.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Thank you! I've followed every step. The keyboard pairs to my phone, but it doesn't "connect". I reached out to the company to no avail. However, the keyboard connects easily to my S22 Ultra and my Samsung TV. BUT I haven't been able to connect it with my S24 Ultra.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hmmm, that's unfortunate they are not following up with you. We got some more things we can try.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Let's try clearing the cache for Bluetooth. Sometimes the system's Bluetooth app needs a quick refresh to detect new devices:&lt;BR /&gt;1) Go to Settings &amp;gt; Apps.&lt;BR /&gt;2) Tap the Sort icon (next to "Your apps") and toggle Show system apps to ON.&lt;BR /&gt;3) Find and tap Bluetooth.&lt;BR /&gt;4) Tap Storage &amp;gt; Clear cache.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;We can also try resetting the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth settings. If the S24 is still not detecting the keyboard, resetting the network stack can often clear up deep-seated connection bugs:&lt;BR /&gt;1) Open Settings and go to General management.&lt;BR /&gt;2) Tap Reset.&lt;BR /&gt;3) Select Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings (this will not delete your photos or files, but you will need to reconnect to Wi-Fi and re-pair other Bluetooth devices).&lt;BR /&gt;4) Tap Reset settings to confirm.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The last thing we can try doing is a Factory Reset on your device. If none of the other troubleshooting steps helped, I recommend backing up your data before following through with this guide.       <description>You are so kind! I tried to clear my Bluetooth cache, however, the clear cache doesn't highlight when I press on it. The second suggestion I was aware of but afraid to try because I don't wanna rest the Bluetooth things that I already have connected to Bluetooth, I might have forgotten some of their connection names. Especially the ones that connect automatically. And that keyboard is the only one that I had trouble connecting to. The company said to just return it to Amazon, because we had no luck in connecting it to my phone.</description>
