      <description>&lt;SPAN&gt;I recently updated my S24 plus this morning. After updating now my phone charging is very slow or won't hold a charge. Also having internet connection issues where it will disconnect and connect at times. I never had any of these issues before installing the April security patch this morning.&amp;nbsp;I hope these issues will get resolved ASAP . Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;</description>

      <description>My phone has done the same thing. In addition, I've heard other people say they've had problems being hacked. Someone just tried to withdraw 6800 dollars from my doordash account. I'm sure it has something to do with knox matrix. I can't uninstall it. Please send another update to correct this problem</description>

      <description>The new update ruined my phone! The battery drains in less than 3 hours. It takes more than 5 to fully charge now. The phone is impossible to use now because opening an app drains for 3 mins drains it by 20%.</description>
