Speaker Button Phone Option

I am not getting button to use speaker for incoming calls? I use to get that option. Is there an option somewhere? Hearing loss so it is important.

You can set the phone dialer settings to always answer using speaker. Open the phone dialer, tap the 3 dots and select settings. Go to answering and ending calls and turn on answer using speaker.
