This is my last Samsung phone. I have been with Samsung since before the first Note. I'm so done with the lagging updates and poor communications. I got to experience a google pixel for work. So much better.

I am still waiting for one ui 8.5 come out for Samsung galaxy s25 plus I wish that the new update come out in April 25 i don't know if I cant wait for the new update come out in don't know if I cant wait for may 4 when it come out for one ui 8.5 come out

I get why you're bummed about not getting the new UI sooner. The stable Ui8.5 came out with the S26 series on March 11th. The S24 series beta is already on Beta 3, getting most of the S26 features. It won't have 10 beta versions like the S25 did. Getting those new features means it's almost ready for the stable release. I'm guessing it'll be with the June patch, if not the May one.

Would you rather have a fully tested UI or one with a bunch of bugs? I'd definitely prefer a polished experience.

I have an S23FE, and sure, I'd love Ui8.5 tomorrow. But do I need it tomorrow? Nah. I'm totally fine waiting until it's thoroughly tested for my device. I don't want to be here complaining about how buggy it is.

I totally don't get the impatience over updates. I see the same pattern on these forums - "where's the update", "where's the update", "why don't I have the update?" and then after the update: "this update sucks", "why are updates mandatory?", "The update ruined my phone", "what infant made this design?", etc.

Well, I hope Samsung doesn't fully leave your radar. Google has done a really good job with the Pixels. I think they look and feel very polished and smooth.
I, however, do love Samsung's one ui experience. It is beautiful, and I am excited to see 8.5.

Since Samsung and Google are like 🤞🏻, it'll be easy if you decide to come back around.

All of these seem botted.

Remember when people were complaining that One UI 7 hadn't been released yet, and then they complained when they got it?

It's a UI, and Apple's iOS isn't perfect either, none of them are, yes, that includes the Chinese phone UIs.

These days any time a post mentions Apple or Samsung turning into Apple, I assume it's a bot. If they are real people they never had more than a cursory look at an iPhone (orobably looked at ads).
