      <title>Charging Issues - Moisture Detection icon or simply not charging or Fast Charging</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Approximately 2 weeks now i have be plagued with charging issues following a software update on April 04, 2026:&lt;BR /&gt;Update information&lt;BR /&gt;•One Ul version: 8.0&lt;BR /&gt;• Android version: 16&lt;BR /&gt;• Current version: S928BXXS5CZC1/ S928BOWO5CZC1/&lt;BR /&gt;S928BXXS5CZC1&lt;BR /&gt;• Security patch level: 5 March 2026&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried multiple chargers, even bought a brand new 45W charger and the phone either:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;refuses entirely to charge&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;charges at 15W speeds&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;A family member was forced to buy a new device when her phone completely stopped charging granted it was an older S21 Ultra device but this is unfair for an organisation to force consumers who have been long patronizing this franchise to upgrade.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I have:&lt;BR /&gt;cleared cache and data on my USB Settings multiple times,&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;i have reset battery stats using the *#9900#&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;toggled fast charging on an off&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;invested in a new 45W charger&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;purchased a wireless charger that i am waiting to collect&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;The S24 ultra line is merely 2 years old and I am pleading with developers to release a patch for this bug as soon as possible. Times are tough and some persons like myself do not have the leisure of simply buying a new device and to be honest if i try trading in my phone with this issue it will severely diminish the value of my device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PLEASE RELEASE A PATCH FOR THIS BUG!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Check and shut off battery protection if it's on. That can possibly be the issue.       <description>Tried different cables as well? They do deteriorate over time.</description>

      <description>Same problem here with S24 Ultra. Naturally, my Samsung Care + with Theft and Loss finish was up 2/2026. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing when it comes to claims either because with the theft and loss protection I was not supposed to pay a co-payment and I was arguing with them because they were trying to charge me $90 copayment when it should be zero for a $30 S Pen that just fell apart after 2 years so I bought one from Amazon and they did not renew my coverage nor did they even try to charge me on the month-to-month program they're trying to blame all the damage on me and the You Break I Fix stores don't know what to do I'm shopping for another phone I'm looking at the Motorola Razor Ultra any phone is better than Samsung at this point what a piece of **bleep**</description>
