Saving a contact from a received email

Since the last two updates, I can't save a new contact from a received email. In the past, I could long press on the sender's email address and receive the option to "add as a contact." Now when I long press the email, a bubble opens with just the email address. You can't even copy the address to then paste into your contacts. This is very frustrating. Our in-house IT has S26 and when I brought my issue to him, he long pressed an address and received the bubble as well.

I am using the email app with red @ symbol fir my work email. My Gmail is personal and works same as always. Since update a while back, my work email will not allow to save.

Hey LuLuS24! Thanks for visiting the Community. I can see how this would put a damper on anyone's day. I recommend reaching out to email provider regarding this.
