Battery Protection Turns Off When Using Wireless Charging

Three times in the past twenty four hours, I have encountered what must be a bug in the One UI 6.1/Android 14 software on my S24 Ultra. I have battery protection enabled and set for maximum protection. Three times I attempted to use wireless charging, only to discover that after several minutes of charging wirelessly, battery protection is no longer turned on. This problem does not occur when using conventional wired charging. I have submitted an error report in the Samsung Members app and will see if I get any response.

Thanks for letting me know. Hopefully, Samsung will add this problem to the list of S24 issues needing to be corrected.

I was contacted by Samsung tech support and they remoted into my phone and resolved the problem.
