Unable to install Whatsapp on my Galaxy S24 Ultra

Hey, I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra G928U1.

trying to install WhatsApp, but it won't allow me to.

from Play Store it says "can't install WhatsApp messenger"

apk file "app not installed as package conflicts with an existing package"

and i have no WhatsApp installed. shut down and restarted my phone, same thing.

Perhaps the app is installed, but hidden? Check your Settings | Apps or try doing this from the Secure Folder?

yup tried that same result. searched everywhere no WhatsApp was installed.

I just installed WhatsApp Messenger from the play store on my s24u with no issues. Not sure why you are getting the message you are receiving.

so I wiped the cache partition and that helped, so I can install Regular WhatsApp now. but still unable to install WhatsApp Business, it says " App not compatible with your phone"

**UPDATE**: So apparently the Play Store for me supports an old architecture of WhatsApp business.

what worked for me was arm64-v8a, had to download the apk file from Google.

there's also (armeabi-v7a, x86, x86_64)

There maybe some reason for it. but as i understand the things go wrong are the new update. when i did new update in my galaxy mobile phone s24 ultra. the same happened.

thank you for this solution. I also had the same issue after I got the new Samsung S24. The whatsapp cannot install and gives me an error - Unable to Connect.Check System Status

. Did a lot of isolation sich as Install Whatsapp Busines - worked even install regular Whatsapp in the Secured Folder - works. I just can't install normally till I found and tried the suggestion.

Solution: Wipe Cache Partition

And now able to install Whatsapp
