What does device triage mean?

Just checked my trade in update and it says device triage. What does that mean?

This means they are currently checking your device to ensure that it meets the trade-in criteria.

Ok, so nothing to worry about? My phone was mint when I sent it in. I have pics and video of the whole process.

Nope, you should have nothing to worry about! The device status will be updated fairly soon though.

Last year they tried to not give me the max trade in value and I had to fight with em to fix it. My phone was perfect I sent it. I won't accept any less.
