S24+ transferred music will not play

I've upgraded to the s24+. I've transferred all of my music from my old phone, but only the music that I have downloaded plays in thr music players. None of the music that I transferred from my computer is playing. Help!!!

Your old music files were probably encoded with a codec that's not natively supported by the apps on your phone. You can install Poweramp, which plays every audio codec I have encountered. Another alternative is VLC media player, which also plays video files too. Either choice should solve your problem.
