Music Searches Don't Work --- Shazam and Google

Neither service seems to work on my S24 Ultra.

They seem to keep "listening" and then never come up with a result.

Permissions checked and they are correct.

Deleted and reinstalled Shazam, same result.

I recorded a 10 second sound clip with the Samsung Audio recorder, even with total silence the waveform is maxxed out. Playback is 90% white noise and 10% what I am trying to record. As another person here says they also have the problem, I wonder if there is an issue with some of our external mics?

I removed the phone from the case to make sure nothing was obscured, no difference. Sending in phone with an RA.

Did you solve this? I have the same problem with my new A56? Never had a problem with previous Samsung phones?

Yes. Phone was replaced.

Did you try Samsung Sound Recorder first to see if your phone is receiving sound correctly?
