Has anyone used Samsung care insurance?

Has anyone used Sansung care insurance for there mobile, I have checked reviews for this and it doesn't seem to come back very good, can you tell me any different.

I have used it for years. At this point, I have not had any issues .

I haven't run into any problems anytime I have used it. I usually send in my device when I need repairs. I always have a backup device for this reason.

I have run into problems with the insurance. For starters they require a huge non refundable downpayment on a service repair even before they look at it. Being old, I cannot afford such a high price.

I haven't seen any issue with Samsung Care+. I only had to replace one phone long ago, but still buy it and keep the phone insured for the first two years.

There were no major issues for me, except I had to remove all labels on the device when taking pictures of all the sides during enrollment.
