Perfect. If I were having that issue, I would furst test my NFC through the diagnostics in this app to make sure thats working. Then I would clear cache in the Wallet app. If that doesn't work I would clear the data in the Wallet app. Finally I would, unfortunately, do a factory reset.....

Go to settings, apps tap the icon next to the line that says your apps, toggle on show system apps, type in the search box, nfc, storage clear cache. This should work, it sways does for me

do you happen to have a BMW? I have the same issue but I've been experiencing it before the march update. I think my issue is related to using the wireless charger in my car same as when the iPhone 15 came out and had similar NFC issues.

I just followed all the suggestions, restarting a phone and going to the store to see how it's going to work, I'll keep in touch

Ya let me know. Thus far all the solutions Samsung support has suggested have not work. I'm pretty sure it will require a software update from Samsung. Or at least that's what Apple did to fix it. But I'm not even sure the necessary people are aware of this issue.

Ya I think it won't be fixed till enough people raise the issue and make Samsung aware. So far I've only encountered 3 others who have the same issue 😞

Go to the Support tab of this Members app and send an error report to make sure Samsung knows about this issue.
