Ask your carrier, they are responsible for your messaging working properly.

I have T-Mobile and I had to switch to Google messaging for group chat . Make sure to turn on the rcs(I think that's what it's called). I can screenshot the settings (the guy at T-Mobile helped me).

Following, waiting for another answer. I don't like goole messaging & switched back to Samsung when my new phone set me up with Google. I've never had group text issues before, & I don't have trouble with all of them. Recently 2 groups texts have quit allowing any of us to send or receive or only one of us gets it or only pic send...
