Lock Screen Notifications

Hey just switched from the s22 ultra to the s24 ultra. My lock screen is not showing any notifications. I have all setting set the same as my s22 ultra. Still not working. Any suggestions how to fix this ?

It looks like you have it set to Icon only since I can see the Messenger notification
Open Phone Settings
Wallpaper and Style
Tap the Lockscreen Image
Now you should see in order
Clock
notification widgets
and then 4 notification icons
Tap the 4 icons and select Details

Oh man that worked. Thank you so much. A lot has changed coming from the 22 ultra to this.

The 22 was little more in front of your face but the 24u seems like settings are more hidden.

Yeah a lot of items have moved all over the place its a puzzle now if you could please like and click the 3 dots in the comment with the answer and mark as solved it helps alot

while were at it make sure this is toggled on also

Notification sounds

Open phone settings

Notifications

Advanced settings

Toggle on Manage notifications categories for each app

This will allow you to change the notifications of your apps since they decided to add this new toggle

Yup 100% and I hate they took away the option in the navigation bar to use the swipe feature. So I'm stuck with the darn buttons at the moment.

You can still do that also

Download Goodlock which was made with Samsung

Open Goodlock
Scroll down to Navstar and install
Toggle On and Enable Extra Gestures Settings
Exit Goodlock

Open Phone Settings
Display
- Navigation Bar
- Select Swipe Gestures
- More Options-
- and select the 3 Swipe

I searched for for goodlock and navstar and nothing pops up.

I have the unlocked version straight from Samsung would that make a difference

Found it , but is there a way to make the 3 sliders at the bottom disappear? Where they are invisible

Yeah in goodlock select make sure Transparent Hints is toggled off and also in phone settings Navigation bar settings under more options gesture hints are off also

Just figured it much appreciated. There's few more things I gotta figure out tomorrow after work 😂. Especially assigning individual ringtones to certain apps and such.

Select the Contact

Tap 3 Dot menu in the bottom right corner

Change Ringtone/Vibration
