How to Change the Default Phone Calling App

You can set the Samsung phone app as the default dialer by following these steps:

Go to the Settings app on your phone.
Tap on Apps.
Choose Default apps.
Under Default apps, locate and tap Phone App.
Select the Samsung phone app from the list.

Now, whenever you click the phone button in any browser, it should open up with the Samsung phone app. If it doesn’t, make sure you’ve cleared the defaults for other phone or dialer apps in the settings . Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Choose Default apps.
Under Default apps, locate and tap Phone App Option.
Finaly, Select the Samsung phone app from the list.

Follow the same process for all samsung devices...As the above Mentioned.

So ive always seen this option and wonderedm..do i need to set a default...and is the samsung ine better ?

You can also do this and i think there is no one better than Samsung in Android devices.

This is not working as expected on the Fold 3.
1. Using Google App as default, no problem making setting

2. Outgoing calls still use Samsung Phone

3. Randomly missing incoming calls in recent call history

Something is not right.
