      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/42382954"&gt;@AbraxasGalaxyS24&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If you open phone settings -&amp;gt; Apps you can find it listed there. If you click it and then click on App details in store you can see the description in the Play store. Then click on What's new to read a description of what it does.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;TLDR; it is an integral part of the OS and an attempt to allow improvements without dropping an entire new OS version.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
