Hola! Ir a configuración/administración general/cambiar idioma a español.

Settings/ General management/ language switch to Spanish

You create a message to respective recipients and you can click on the plus + sign and it will expand the options of media you can send, such as photos, video, gifs, documents, for example. This will work both in Google messages as well as Samsung messages.
