SMS notification plays voice saying "messages"

Hello,

I'm having trouble finding a way to stop my phone from saying "messages" when I receive an sms message. I've set my desired notification tone for new text messages but that isn't working.

If you're referring to 'TalkBack' in accessibility settings, that has remained turned off. But I still have the issue.

Is it perhaps a Bixby or Google Assistant voice? I don't use either, so I don't know. Do you have either one set up? Do you have a routine to read notifications aloud?

After visiting the Bixby settings and tweaking some settings, I no longer have the issue. Thanks for your help! @realaud
