I contacted samsung for this issue as it's now over half my phone, they told me to take to an authorized service center. Took it today. They said I would need to send the phone back to samsung and they would look at it and see if anything would be done. Talked to someone on chat again they told me that it would take 10 to 15 days. I asked why I should be without a phone for 2+weeks and was told my carrier should give me a loaner phone. The carrier obviously said we don't have loaner phones. I sent the screenshot back to samsung support and they responded I need to send it in and get a loaner phone from the carrier and they care about the the customer and want them to be satisfied. I am not sure what to do from here. I don't know anyone who would be willing to be without a phone for 2+weeks for an issue with a phone less than 5 months old. Never had this issue with any other samsung phone. But customer care doesn't actually care.
