Lock screen clock during charging

Instead of a clock on my night table, I want to use my s24 lock screen's clock (screen saver) while it is on a charging stand.

Clock is my screen saver. Always on display is enabled.

But the screen fades out to black and doesn't show anything.

Any suggestions?

I have this function enabled- but my "screensaver" is set to none so always on display stays on.

There is also another feature that turns of AOD between certain times- that might be enabled for you?

You can just turn the screen saver off and use the AOD. The system clock will be your AOD clock.

This is no solution to me. I have the lock screen carefully configured and have a big Sectograph widget on it which I'd like to see while the locked device is on its charging stand. The option for showing the lock screen (not only the AOD) while charging is still missing.
