Software is on a loop

I just got a replacement phone yesterday transfer was completed but now the software is on a constantly repeating itself. How do I stop this?

I have turned off the phone and restarted it still happening. I have reset the wifi network still happening.

I'm not interested in another phone fix this one

It's repeating the same message software updates It's on a loop

Might need to goto settings than down to software update to get the uodate

Update successful. It's repeating itself saying to update the same thing.
