Anyone know what or why Samsung Visit In is downloading automatically?

Its an app that allows Samsung to track you to know when you are in a store that sells Samsung products and offer you deals. You can turn off notifications for it in notifications/app notifications. Looking to see if it can be deleted, since it's part of the system. The good news is you have to give consent for tracking.

Updated: You can't uninstall it but you can disable it.

Visit In appears to be "opt-in". I opened the settings for it on my S23+ and it said that I would have to agree to some terms and conditions before Visit In will work.

It appears that this won't do anything unless you specifically go into settings and sign up for this service.
