Routine to connect to a specific Wi-Fi when an app is opened?

Hello,

I want to create a routine that connects to a specific generated Wi-Fi from a device I am currently using. I played around but could not find it listed, I can connect to wifi, but not a specific wifi. Am I chasing my tail, or is what I want from this routine possible?
