We understand your Chargepoint charger fails to connect to your S24 Ultra device.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Please make sure your charger is compatible with the S24 Ultra.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Please make sure the Chargepoint app is up-to-date. Make sure you are signed up to the correct account. Make sure your S24 Ultra is up-to-date. Double check&amp;nbsp;you are connected to Wi-Fi.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;You may want to clear the app cache to improve performance and help fix issues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;1. Go to settings&lt;BR /&gt;2. Go to Apps then Select Chargepoint App&lt;BR /&gt;3. Tap Storage&lt;BR /&gt;4. Clear Cache&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;You may want to reset network settings in the event the&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Wi-Fi is not connecting properly and causing interference. You will need to reenter Wi-Fi passwords.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P dir="auto" style="margin: 0;"&gt;1. Go to settings&lt;BR /&gt;2. General management&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;3. Reset&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;4. Reset mobile network settings&lt;BR /&gt;5. Reset settings and Confirm if prompted&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently upgraded to an S24 Ultra from my old Note 9. I can't get the S24 to connect to a ChargePoint charger (you just 'tap' to connect). It worked fine with the Note 9.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
