S24 Ultra: How to enable notification or flash alert for missed call notifications?

Question on the S24 Ultra regarding SMS and missed call notifications. Is there a way to enable a notification sound or flash that will alert you until message has been checked? Having trouble recognizing I have a missed call or text after I've been away from my phone unless I touch the screen.

I wish they'd bring back the flashing blue dot in the upper left corner of the screen that alerted you that you had a message. It kept flashing until you checked it. I miss it SO much.

Repeating the alert every 3 minutes is annoying and makes me think I might be getting more messages. Shame on Samsung for removing such an neccesary thing. Even answering machines from 30 years ago had a blinking light, otherwise HOW WOULD YOU KNOW YOU HAD A MESSAGE? Do you expect me to pick up and unlock my phone every time I walk by it? Do you think I'm a teenager who spends 24 hours a day clutching their precious phone?
