Reward points never received

I purchased a S24 ultra last month but I didn't get my reward points. I also purchased S23 Ultra last year but didn't get reward points too. What should I do?

Either you aren't enrolled in the program, or you weren't signed into your Samsung account. It could also still be pending because it's a new purchase.

@AppleGalaxy You would only get points if you purchase on Samsung.com using your Samsung account.

They typically get applied 14 days after order status changes to "delivery completed". And they expire one year from when they were granted.

Were the purchases carrier financed? You don't get reward points on that kind of transaction
