Notifications blocked on MyQuest App

Trying to set up notifications for MyQuest app

App shows notifications blocked. Settings need changed on the phone settings. Checking in Notifications- Apps, no sign of MyQuest even with show system apps checked.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Notifications are blocked on the MyQuest app because the app does not send notifications. It's not Samsung that blocks the permission, it's the app developer. Apps that don't send notifications, all have notifications blocked.

Quest sends appointment notifications/confirmations and test result notifications by text and email, not app notifications

I have qwick app. It's my banquet gigs and I wasn't getting any notifications. When I checked, it says they're blocked. I can't unblock. Help. I need this working to work.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. If that does not work, you would have to contact the app developers. The app either programs notification ability or it doesn't. I would assume an app like that sends notifications, so you might actually have to look within the settings inside the app. In any case, the entity to contact would be the people who provided the app.

Thanks for the reply. I already tried uninstall reinstall and also got ahold of the qwick folks. They said it's in my phone. Uhhhgg

I downloaded the app and the notifications are blocked for me as well. I have an A54. So, I don't think the problem lies with your particular phone. Are you sure they send gigs by push notification and not texts? It also looks to me like you have to go proactively into the app to look for and accept gigs. So maybe it doesnt send notifications at all. Apps that don't send notifications have notifications blocked.

They use to send it to your phone messages, with it being n season they've started going through the app. . I don't mind checking the app. Proactively as long as they come through. I'll ask more questions. And thanks so much. You cleared a few things.up for me b
