Can't receive calls from certain contacts, just goes straight to voicemail.

I have my bosses number stored in my phone in the contacts. But when he calls my phone it goes straight to voicemail my phone doesn't even ring when he calls. But all my other contacts get through with no issues.

Sounds like a network issue. Please contact your carrier for assistance.

Comment above me is correct. Your carrier can flash your sim remotely, after this power cycling the device should restore normal functionality. If it does not the diagnostics tool would be my next step before putting in a maintenence order with Samsung

Did you accidentally block his number? Blocked numbers don't ring, but still go to voicemail. This can also happen if he's calling from a rollover line and that particular number is not in your contacts list and is in the spam database.

The same thing is happening to me, but it's random and not limited to certain people. I'm with Verizon and have an S24+. Very frustrating to say the least, especially since I never had issues like this with my 22

I am having this issue too! Relieved to see I am not the only one. I got the S24 in Oct, and it's happened intermittantly since the switch. I have Verizon too. As you described, it is not specific to any caller or my phone being in any place. If the caller leaves a voicemail I will get a pop up, but if they don't there is not missed call notification. I had a service appt at Verizon and they were stumped. Gave me a SIM card, but that didn't fix the problem. I will be very grateful if anyone has advice!

Do anybody know how to remove GET CONTACT ASSISTANCE off my voicemail? I was wondering why I wasn't getting any voicemails until somebody told me it was on my voicemail.

The good lock app anymore so i don't have to open the phone will not let me add widgets to the front cover screen of my Galaxy z flip phone 5. Is anyone else having this problem 12/15/2024

Voicemail is a carrier issue, contact your carrier.
