Customization Service Error

You know the "CUSTOMIZATION SERVICE" that samsung has in various apps? In the main settings on the phone settings>general management>customization service It's showing as turned "ON" but in each individual samsung app that uses the "customization service", it's showing as turned "OFF" and when trying to click on it, it's giving me an error saying "SERVER DIDN'T RESPOND, TRY AGAIN" And this also comes up even when I click on the "customization service" inside the main settings page where it does show as turned "ON"

you can also manage the "customization service" settings on the web under your samsung account privacy settings, and over there it's also showing as turned "ON"

Please fix this

This is from the weather app settings "customization service" is showing as "OFF" and the toast is the error message that comes up

Just my 2 cents that generally means a server error meaning it lost connection

Its been like this for a while now (after a certain software update, don't remember which one) and the core functions of each app that uses the customization service still work just fine, so the only connection lost is to the customization service servers

Was it a app update or monthly security update you got when this started are you doing the beta for ui 7

It already happened before the beta, and yes a monthly security update, not a app update, as the issue is on all apps that uses customization services (samsung apps only)

Hmm seen a few post having issues with latest update maybe a bug in it not had it myself I would submit feedback
