    <description>&lt;P&gt;Having the quick tools feature as a substitute for the quick settings panel has been the answer for me to be honest. But I think making all those same quick toggles shown in the quick settings panel would be great. In order to do that, obviously having swipeable pages would be the way to go, again, just like in the quick settings panel&lt;/P&gt;</description>
