The translator in Whatsapp is not working my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra

The translator in Whatsapp is not working on my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. When I select translation to English or Italian, it says the detected language is unsupported. I am using WA version 2.24.25.77.

I'm sorry to learn that you are having an issue with WhatsApp's translation services; however, WhatsApp isn't a product or service of Samsung and, as this is a forum for Samsung users to assist other Samsung users with their Samsung products and services, I don't think that there is anyone here that can assist you in this matter.

It would be best to contact the makers of WhatsApp directly instead. You can find their contact information in the WhatsApp app under Settings>Help>Contact Us
